Role Purpose Act as the highest-level HVAC technical reference within Specialized Service contracts, ensuring operational continuity, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance at assigned sites. Responsible for technical support, management of critical escalations, technical standardization, and capability development of field operational staff. 2. Key Responsibilities * Technical Support: Address critical incidents escalated under multi-site contracts. * Advanced Diagnostics: Perform root cause analysis on recurring failures of chillers, VRF/VRV systems, hydronic systems, and packaged equipment. * SLA/ANS Management: Ensure adherence to service levels committed to the client. * Energy Efficiency: Identify opportunities for thermal optimization and energy consumption reduction. * Technical Supervision: Validate quality of preventive and corrective maintenance performed by on-site technicians. * Client Relationship: Participate in technical meetings, present executive reports, and propose improvements. * Technical Training: Design and deliver quarterly training sessions to enhance the technical proficiency of HVAC personnel. 3. Technical Competencies (Hard Skills) * Advanced mastery of the refrigeration cycle and analysis of superheat/subcooling. * Experience with air-water and water-water chillers, cooling towers, and hydronic systems. * Expert handling of VRF/VRV systems and rooftop units. * Integration with BMS (Building Management Systems), Modbus and BACnet protocols. * Use of specialized instrumentation: digital vacuum gauges, manifold gauges, HVAC analyzers, and thermal imaging cameras. * Knowledge of regulations, fluorinated gas handling, and Legionella prevention. * Energy optimization strategies: variable-speed pumping, free cooling, and heat recovery. **Job Description** Mission: Coordinate and supervise the execution of operational tasks within your unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, to autonomously select and redefine concrete operational methods adapted to project-specific requirements. You are responsible for repairing and maintaining auxiliary machinery and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to verify installations remain in good operating condition. Carry out general maintenance work and servicing of automation components. **Candidate Requirements** **Experience and Education** --------------------------- * Minimum 10 years’ experience in HVAC systems. * At least 5 years in technical leadership or senior specialist roles within specialized services. * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Energy Engineering, or related degree. * Valid HVAC technical certifications (desirable). **5.
