The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for inspecting equipment, diagnosing failures, performing repairs, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Additionally, they plan and execute preventive maintenance strategies to avoid unplanned operational interruptions. REQUIREMENTS. 1. Higher secondary or university education; degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or other related fields. 2. Proficiency in diagnostic and repair skills for equipment failures; ability to quickly resolve common and complex equipment failures. 3. Familiarity with laws, regulations, standards, and norms related to high-voltage electricity. 4. More than 3 years of relevant work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. Effectively implement and complete preventive maintenance of power equipment according to the specific contents and standards of each maintenance project. 2. Respond promptly and resolve sudden power equipment failures, ensuring productivity efficiency requirements and supporting normal business operations. 3. Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of the transformer/distribution room; ensure its safe operation; timely detect potential issues and optimization opportunities in power equipment operation, and organize corresponding improvements. 4. Manage safety tools and specialized instruments; perform periodic verifications to ensure their effectiveness and functionality. 5. Manage company-specific equipment (e.g., freight elevators, aerial work platforms); carry out periodic maintenance and promptly address failures or anomalies. 6. Perform statistical analysis of various power-related data; monitor and address abnormal energy consumption.
