Position Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Product and Licensing Approval Executive to provide operational support for the approval process of licensed home category products. Key Highlights: 1. Liaison between internal departments and licensees. **Licensed Product and Licensing Approval Executive – Home Category** **Position Objective** We seek a Product and Licensing Approval Analyst / Executive to provide **operational support** for the approval process of licensed home category products. The role is responsible for tracking progress on **license approval platforms**, and for managing the shipment of pre-production samples and contractual samples until the closure of each approval process. **Responsibilities** * Track the **licensed product approval process** for the home category. * Serve as an operational liaison between internal departments (design, quality, production) and licensees/brands. * Upload, update, and track products, artwork, and documentation on **license approval platforms**. * Verify that information, artwork, and files comply with guidelines established by each licensee. * Support **sample shipment, receipt, and control**, including pre-production and contractual samples. * Record observations, changes, and approval status in tracking tools. * Provide support to close approval processes within established timelines. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. * **1–2 years** of experience in product, licensing, approvals, quality, or operational support roles. * Basic knowledge of **license approval platforms and document management systems**. * Experience or interest in handling physical samples and validation processes. * Basic to intermediate English (reading emails and documentation). * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools.
