We are seeking a professional to coordinate electrical and automation projects, ensuring compliance, documentation, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. **Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the project work plan. * Coordinate activities with engineering and other disciplines. * Maintain up-to-date documentation, logs, and reports. * Facilitate internal meetings and client meetings. * Control scope changes and record updates. * Identify risks and propose preventive actions. **Measurable Role Indicators** * Achieve ≥ 90% of project milestones. * 100% up-to-date documentation. * Approved change records within ≤ 48 hours. * Customer satisfaction ≥ 4/5. * Plan deviations ≤ 10% per month. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in electrical or industrial automation projects. * Ability to interpret electrical and control diagrams. * Experience in conduit routing, wiring, and detailed engineering. * Proficiency in MS Project (or similar). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum preferred). **Competencies** * Organization and time management. * Clear communication with teams and clients. * Analysis and problem solving. * Disciplined follow-up and results orientation. **Benefits** * Salary: $20,000–$25,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development in Industry 4.0 projects. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
