




Position Summary: Lead the technical and operational monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance services for electrical substations, ensuring safety and continuity of power supply. Ensures continuity of electrical power supply **Position Objective** Lead the technical and operational monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance services for electrical substations. The supervisor shall guarantee that all activities are carried out under strict safety standards, ensuring personnel safety, integrity of **ACCON**’s assets, and continuity of electrical power supply. **Profile Requirements (Contractual Certification)** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 verifiable year** of field supervision experience in the field of electrical substations, transfer panels, and transformers. * **Technical Certification:** Must demonstrably be a **qualified technical specialist** through: * **Curriculum Vitae:** Detailing professional experience handling power equipment and high/medium-voltage activities. * **Evidence of Tool Handling:** Documentation or certifications verifying use of diagnostic equipment (Megger, TTR, thermal imaging cameras, dielectric strength test equipment, etc.). * **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Technical Electrician with specialization in Power Systems. **Critical Supervisory Responsibilities** * **Operation Monitoring:** Directly supervise clearance, grounding, and safety testing activities prior to commencing “THE SERVICE”. * **Tooling Control:** Verify that measuring equipment is properly calibrated and that hand tools and power tools meet required insulation standards. * **Regulatory Safety (NOM-029-STPS):** Ensure operational personnel strictly comply with electrical installation maintenance procedures and wear appropriate dielectric personal protective equipment. * **Results Validation:** Supervise measurement readings, insulation tests, and transformer maintenance, ensuring data accuracy for final technical reporting. **Required Technical Skills** * Proficiency in maintenance of power circuit breakers, disconnect switches, and grounding systems. * Diagnostic capability for oil-filled and dry-type transformers. * Expert interpretation of single-line diagrams and load schedules. **Application** Candidates meeting the one-year substation experience requirement and possessing technical certifications as specialists must submit their information to: **e**duardo.ferrer@accon.com.mx Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
