Manage key documentation at the worksite. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 1 year or trainee in the construction field. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge of standard unit handling. **Responsibilities** * Technical site visits: Attend daily site visits to perform construction takeoffs as requested by the relevant department. * Construction takeoff: Measure, calculate, and record quantities of materials and technical specifications required for repairs or projects. * Work order preparation: Quantify materials required to execute corresponding construction items. * Documentation management: Manage documentation related to measurement and quantity calculations, specifications, and site work requirements. **Skills and Competencies** * Technical knowledge: Background in construction, civil engineering, or architecture. * Measurement skills: Familiarity with measurement tools. * Attention to detail: Ability to focus on details and avoid errors in measurement and quantity calculation.
