Although we provide several services for MLB, your primary focus will be live operation of our tracking technology during Spring Training and the MLB Regular Season. You will receive comprehensive technical training, and upon completion, you will be assigned operational shifts from our SONY office in Mexico City, providing remote support to our clients in the United States. You will collaborate closely with our U.S.-based team headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Due to the nature of live baseball operations, you must be available to work nights and weekends during the season. **Example shift schedule:** 8-hour shifts typically scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, most commonly from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct pre-game system checks following established procedures and promptly resolve issues as they arise. * Operate technologies remotely during games from the SONY office in Mexico City. * Coordinate with other operators and supervisors at our Atlanta, GA office. * Communicate with MLB and team personnel both on-site and remotely. * Deliver high-quality real-time data to MLB and teams. * Assume full responsibility for data integrity in assigned games. * Proactively identify and escalate any issues that may impede live data delivery to MLB. **Skills, Knowledge, and Experience** **Required:** * Strong technical knowledge. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients, and to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken. * Logical problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and initiative-taking capability. * High attention to detail. * Ability to stay focused in a high-pressure live sports environment. * Flexibility and adaptability to schedules dictated by the game calendar, which may change with little notice (including weekends and holidays). * MUST speak English and feel comfortable working with English-speaking colleagues **Desirable:** * Experience using the Windows ecosystem and knowledge of networking fundamentals. * Interest in baseball. * Ideally, experience in baseball analytics. * Ideally, currently pursuing or having completed a technical degree in science, technology, graphics, mathematics, or engineering, or possessing equivalent relevant experience.
