




Job Summary: We are seeking a digital sales and customer service expert to manage the sales funnel, resolve inquiries, ensure a positive customer experience, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams. Job Responsibilities: · Respond to and follow up with prospective and existing customers via WhatsApp Business and email. · Manage the digital sales funnel—from initial contact through to closing—ensuring adherence by tracking results. · Use CRM tools to promptly follow up with each customer. · Generate quotations, follow up on them, and close them. · Achieve monthly productivity and satisfaction targets set by the brand. · Address customer inquiries, provide clear information about products or services, and ensure a positive customer experience. · Draft messages and responses with excellent spelling and clarity. · Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion processes. Job Requirements: · Prior experience in B2C customer service and digital sales. · Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and digital communication platforms. · Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar). · Excellent spelling and writing skills. · Solution-oriented, organized, and results-driven attitude. · Strong, courteous, and persuasive communication skills. · Frustration tolerance. · Productivity tools such as: Office, WhatsApp Web, social media. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM. **Work Location:** On-site (Barranca del Muerto and Periférico Sur areas). **Base Salary + Commissions** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.48 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid remote in 01600, Merced Gómez, CDMX
