Job Summary: Quality Reporting Supervisor to ensure compliance with standards and procedures in terrestrial and highway infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality control reports 2. Integrate laboratory test results and field trial data 3. Verify quality tests and ensure certification of procedures Quality Reporting Supervisor Project Duration: 3 years. REQUIREMENTS: Civil Engineer / Architect. Minimum 8 years’ experience in terrestrial roads and high-specification highway construction. Responsibilities: * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on quality control results obtained at the site. * Integrate laboratory test results and field trial data into formats established by the client or applicable regulations. * Record deviations, non-conformities, corrective actions, and technical observations. * Verify that quality tests (e.g., compaction, material strength, gradation, asphalt content, etc.) are conducted according to the testing schedule and specifications. * Collect test results issued by the quality laboratory. * Ensure testing procedures are certified and calibrated equipment is used. * Review and archive quality certificates, test result sheets, technical data sheets, and logs related to materials and construction processes. * Control documentation for the quality management system in accordance with the project’s quality plan. * Gather information from specialty supervisors (pavements, structures, drainage, etc.) to validate technical compliance of works. * Ensure communication among the quality laboratory, contractor, and technical supervisors to prevent or correct deviations. * Compare test results against applicable technical specifications and standards (e.g., SCT or NOM standards). * Identify failure trends or low-quality issues in materials or processes. * Supervise contractor implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). * Verify compliance with quality control procedures established in the contract or site manual.
