Interdisciplinary teamwork and individualized care adaptation. **We seek a nurse with psychological sensitivity for elderly care** We are looking for a nurse to provide home-based and day-care center companionship for an elderly adult with advanced cognitive decline—highly active and responsive when a positive emotional bond is established. **Candidate Profile We Seek:** \- Licensed nurse (or with verifiable experience). \- Interest in or knowledge of psychology, cognitive stimulation, or emotional support. \- Patient, empathetic, and highly observant. \- Open to learning, adapting, and establishing a genuine connection with the person under care, working collaboratively across disciplines. \- Experience caring for individuals with dementia or cognitive impairment (preferred). **This elderly adult responds exceptionally well to closeness, communication, and emotional bonding; thus, we seek someone who not only provides care but also accompanies from a deeply human perspective.** 3 shifts per week, 8 hours each (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $600.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
