Working hours · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm · Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm **Main responsibilities** · Goods receipt: Inspect and record incoming deliveries, ensuring they match purchase orders and specifications. · Proper storage: Organize products in designated locations within the warehouse, complying with safety regulations and internal guidelines. · Inventory management: Conduct periodic stock counts and keep records updated in computerized or manual systems. · Order preparation: Select, pack, and label products for shipment to customers or internal distribution. · Warehouse maintenance: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized to facilitate daily operations. · Quality control: Identify damaged, expired, or defective products and take action per company policies. · Collaboration: Work as part of a team with other warehouse staff and related departments, such as logistics and procurement. · Material transportation: Deliver or receive materials or products to and from various company clients and suppliers. Required skills · Organization: Ability to handle, classify, and coordinate products systematically. · Accuracy: Attention to detail to prevent errors during goods receipt, storage, or shipment. · Technology use: Proficiency in inventory software and digital tools related to warehouse management. · Physical capability: Strength and stamina to handle loads and perform physically demanding tasks. · Communication: Ability to coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively with the team. · Driver’s license: Skilled in driving for internal material delivery and/or collection. · Time management: Ability to deliver and/or receive materials on time and as scheduled. Requirements · Basic or upper secondary education. · Prior warehouse experience. · Certification in vehicle operation. · Police clearance letter. · Letter of recommendation.
