




Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk manages the warehouse, including receipt, storage, inventory control, shipment of goods, and supplies stock management for production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manages the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. 2. Maintains inventory control and warehouse organization. 3. Supervises loading and unloading, and manages supplies stock. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for warehouse management, including receipt, storage, inventory control, and shipment of goods. Key duties include receiving and delivering goods, handling inventory, supervising and verifying vehicle loading/unloading, managing supplies and materials stock for proper production, verifying deliveries, organizing product storage, preparing orders, and managing inventory. Receiving and verifying goods: Inspect quality and quantity of received products, verify alignment with purchase orders, and record any discrepancies. Storage and organization: Systematically locate products within the warehouse, utilizing efficient storage systems and maintaining a clean and safe area. Inventory control: Conduct periodic inventories, keep warehouse product records up to date, and make adjustments in case of discrepancies. Order preparation and shipment: Select, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and on-time delivery. Warehouse maintenance: Participate in warehouse maintenance, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and well-organized. Additional Tasks: Record material receipts and withdrawals. Manage and update the General Inventory database. Monitor material receipts and withdrawals at the facility. Monitor and supervise inventory of each assigned "Material Cart" per plant employee. Manage and control cleaning supplies stock. Manage and assign lockers, as well as conduct periodic locker inspections. Maintain warehouse shelves and materials clean and orderly. Control and manage stationery stock. Monitor inventory of aluminum and steel purchases. Receive Production Orders along with their respective material explosion lists and verify material availability; otherwise, request procurement of such materials.
