Job Summary: We are seeking a laboratory technician with a service-oriented vocation to collect samples and ensure a warm, empathetic experience for every patient. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for growth and training **What will you do?** You will be the first face our patients see upon arriving at the laboratory. Your mission: to make every person feel welcome, warmly attended to, and leave with an experience they would recommend. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collection of blood and other samples (venipuncture and capillary puncture) * Proper reception and identification of patients and samples * Warm and empathetic attention to each patient (children, elderly, nervous individuals) * Handling, labeling, and storage of samples according to protocol * Maintaining the sample collection area clean and organized **Schedule:** * Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM *(3 days per week — ideal for complementing another activity or studies)* **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $4,000 MXN (biweekly payments on time) * A humane and professional work environment * Opportunities for growth * Training **Requirements:** * Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (QFB), Biochemistry, Nursing, Laboratory Technician, or related field * Experience in sample collection (minimum 6 months) * Exceptional service attitude: smile, empathy, patience * Impeccable punctuality * Residence in San Andrés Cholula or nearby areas (preferred) **What We Value Most:** We seek someone who understands that behind every sample is a person with a name, a story, and emotions.
