JOB OBJECTIVE:** Supervise, control, and maintain safety and environmental strategies and policies within the company and with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations. **2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate during project startup, execution, and completion with the service supervisor or medium-voltage supervisor regarding tasks to be performed, so both can jointly conduct risk analysis and work permits. * Coordinate with the client. * Verify safe conditions at company facilities and client sites. * Inspect the physical condition of personal protective equipment, facilities, and office furniture or accessories. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements for services provided to clients and within the company. * Monitor scheduling and coordination of drills included in the training program, keeping emergency brigades up to date. * Plan and implement employee training programs on industrial safety, hygiene, and environmental topics aligned with TIP ENERGY's ISO IMS (Integrated Management System) Policy and Objectives. * Participate in internal audits to verify compliance with occupational health and safety standards. * Implement corrective actions resulting from accidents and incidents as required. * Conduct inductions on safety, health, and environmental topics for all new personnel and relevant stakeholders as needed. * Keep equipment checklists updated and ensure users complete them correctly. * Maintain first-aid kits in proper condition with authorized supplies according to safety procedures. * Develop and update operational procedures and controls for managing emergencies and for safety, hygiene, and environmental matters. * Verify the application and compliance of safety procedures during service delivery and within the company. * Deliver safety and environmental training activities for all staff: talks and courses. * Review and approve the safety, health, and environmental plan for projects. * Support and comply with activities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS) 9001, 14001, and 45001, according to established processes, procedures, and applicable regulations for the position. **WE OFFER** * Attractive weekly salary * Constant training * Uniforms * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
