




DESCRIPTION **Position: Recruitment Assistant** -------------------------------------- **Location:** Tampico, Tamaulipas **Department:** Human Resources **Experience:** 3 years **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree ### **Job Objective** Ensure the attraction, assessment, and integration of talent that meets the organization’s required competencies, using effective recruitment sources and selection techniques, while guaranteeing appropriate onboarding and follow-up for newly hired personnel. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Recruit and select candidates according to required profiles and competencies. * Post job openings and manage various recruitment sources. * Keep the job database up to date. * Conduct interviews and administer psychometric assessments. * Analyze candidate profiles, organizational charts, and job descriptions. * Coordinate the onboarding process for new personnel. * Provide orientation on internal policies and monitor the integration of new employees. * Promote welcome initiatives for new staff within the organization. * Attend job fairs. * Manage and control training documentation in accordance with legal requirements. * Support training courses and organizational events. * Handle activities related to the Human Resources department. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.** * **3 years’ experience** in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of psychometric analysis. * Proficiency in handling job profiles and job descriptions. * Basic legal knowledge: IMSS, INFONAVIT, Federal Labor Law. * Familiarity with Reddin methodology. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * **Experience with FORTIA, VS Control, or similar systems.** * English desirable.
