Application of the Food Safety Management System. **"NATURAL WISDOM"** A highly important, proudly Mexican company dedicated to the development, manufacturing, and distribution of dietary supplements seeks, due to expansion: Quality Inspector Requirements: Education: Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineer or related field; completed or incomplete degree Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in chemical engineering or industrial food processing areas Process Design and Optimization Quality and Safety Control Analysis, reporting, development, and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Knowledge of safety regulations Work at an industrial plant Responsibilities: · Properly apply Food Safety Management System (FSMS) documents relevant to the position. · Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). · Disseminate and implement procedures. · Visually inspect, approve, and/or reject finished products. · Sampling of raw materials (RM). · Safeguarding and control of Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Non-Conformities (NC). · Receive, review, and control customer returns. · Release utensils and scales to the production area. · Issue product conformity certificates upon customer request. · Release products online for retail stores and/or distributors.
