Dynamic environment with rotating shifts and availability ### **ELIS, a leading company providing specialized textile rental and laundry solutions, is seeking** ### **Operations/Production Manager for the Automotive and/or Metal-Mechanical Industry** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Lean Manufacturing Yellow or Green Belt certifications * Core Tools * Completed undergraduate degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience as Production Coordinator or Production Manager * Experience in the Automotive or Metal-Mechanical Industry * Proficiency in Situational Leadership * Intermediate to Advanced Excel * Creation and tracking of Action Plans * Handling of Chemical Substances (Knowledge of Peroxide handling and Hypochlorite management) * Management of Non-Hazardous Waste such as RPBI * Administration of Improvement Projects * SAP proficiency * Results presentation * Warehouse administration (Physical and Cycle Inventories) * Experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Audits (External audits), including management and mastery of Quality Management Systems * Basic to Intermediate English (B1) ### **Our offer is $26,000 to $30,000 per month before taxes (based on experience)** * Food vouchers equal to 7% of assigned salary = $1,750 to $2,100 per month based on assigned salary (Enreed Voucher Card) * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary per year * + ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of first year (100% vacation premium) * Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) * Major medical expense insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 * Savings fund (once the plant is operational) * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) * Annual profit-sharing **Our working hours are rotating:** * Mixed shift from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with availability to work weekends (rotating weekend rest between Friday and Sunday) * Based on operational needs; therefore, candidates must have schedule flexibility Location – Apodaca
