Ensure correct patient transport through risk assessment ABC Medical Center is seeking your talent as: ORDERLY REQUIREMENTS: * Completed High School Diploma * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orderly * MANDATORY Course on Patient Transport and Mobilization * Flexible Availability for Shift Scheduling * Excellent customer service attitude and demeanor MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Actively participate in individual and assigned unit improvement initiatives, adhering to patient care processes. - Interact with integrity, ethically, and respectfully with patients and ABC Medical Center staff, in accordance with the Institution's Code of Ethics and Conduct. - Transport patients during their hospital stay and at discharge using (wheelchairs, stretchers, beds), applying safety goals. - Assist nursing and/or medical staff in patient mobilization and/or assistance. - Manage inventory of stretchers and wheelchairs within the assigned unit. - Ensure correct patient transport through 'Transport Risk' assessment. - WE OFFER: - Competitive Base Salary - Statutory and Above-Statutory Benefits - Life Insurance - Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo) and Paid Vacation - Subsidized Cafeteria - Transportation Allowance - Grocery Vouchers starting from permanent employment SCHEDULE: Flexible Availability for Shift Scheduling Morning Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM / 2 days off Evening Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM / 2 days off WORK LOCATION: Av.
