




Position Summary: Responsible for tracking, developing, maintaining, and updating logs, processes, and records for various departments within the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Departmental information and documentation management and control 2. Collaboration in reporting and presentations 3. Responsible for departmental record retention and file control Responsible for tracking, developing, maintaining, and updating logs, processes, and records derived from various activities related to the corresponding department of the plant (Corporate Security, EHS, ITS, Procurement, Logistics, Customs, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Human Resources). * Handling information in accordance with established procedures. * Tracking and presenting metrics when required. * Administration and control of documents for the respective area. * Transcription and distribution of all types of documentation: reports, letters, memos, etc. * Collaboration on reports and presentations requested by supervisor and/or Area Leader. * Responsible for information retention and departmental file control. * And all other activities relevant to the assigned department as deemed appropriate by the direct leader. * EDUCATION: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a professional degree program * EXPERIENCE: Not required
