VACANCY: Kitchen Assistant HA MEXICO A kitchen assistant is an essential member of the culinary team who supports the chef and other staff in food preparation and kitchen maintenance. Preparation: assist in the daily preparation of ingredients (chopping vegetables, peeling, weighing); assembling, collecting, and preparing food trays. Support: assist cooks and dietitians in various activities, including delivering food trays to patients. Cleaning: maintain a clean and orderly workspace and kitchen, following hygiene and safety standards. Organization: assist in receiving and organizing products and inventory. What Are We Looking For?
