Job Summary: Efficiently maintains and operates service equipment, manages systems and user requests, and provides comprehensive technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and operation of main service equipment 2. Hardware and software support to users 3. System administration and handling of user requests RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensures the main service equipment operates correctly and efficiently. 2. Installs and decommissions installed systems. 3. Prints user reports. 4. Operates special processes. 5. Continuously monitors and maintains the Site’s service machines. 6. Notifies the Technical Support Coordinator—or, if applicable, the Development Coordinator—of any incidents involving the equipment. 7. Knowledge of video projection equipment. 8. Manages user requests regarding Auditorium usage. 9. Conducts sessions in the Auditorium upon user request (including weekends). 10. Provides hardware and software support to users. 11. Maintains active network equipment. PROFILE **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** Intern or recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. Basic knowledge required: Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance Wired and wireless networks, SQL knowledge, programming Asset management, user support, technical support, and ticketing system management **D.
