Keep employee information up to date for accurate payroll calculation and payment, including salaries, absenteeism, disabilities, vacation bonus, vacations, social security, deductions, and all benefits established by institutional policy and labor law. 3\. **Regulatory Compliance**. Supervise compliance with institutional policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment and ensure adherence to all applicable Mexican labor regulations. 4\. **Training and Development**. Identify training needs and design programs that enable employees to improve their competencies and support their professional growth within the institution. 5\. **Performance Evaluation**. Design and implement Human Talent performance evaluation programs in collaboration with leaders from each area, aligned with the institution's strategic objectives. 6\. **Work Environment and Organizational Culture**. Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with institutional values, and manage wellness programs, satisfaction surveys, and activities aimed at strengthening Human Talent's sense of belonging. 7\. **Innovation and Technology**.
