We are looking for a creative, organized Graphic Designer with attention to detail. Job Objective: To design and develop innovative and functional interior design projects aligned with clients' needs. Ensure proper planning, supervision, and execution of spaces, guaranteeing quality, aesthetics, and functionality in each project. **Location:** WTC Juriquilla, Querétaro **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Design and develop interior design projects from conceptualization through execution. * Prepare floor plans and 3D models in **SketchUp, Archicad, and AutoCAD**. * Create design presentations and proposals for clients. * Select appropriate materials, furniture, and finishes for each project. * Perform rendering and visualizations for project presentations. * Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure design feasibility. * Stay updated on interior design trends and new technologies applied to design. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in architecture, construction, or real estate projects (preferred). * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign**. * Experience in presentation design (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar). **Preferred basic knowledge in:** * Reading architectural blueprints. * Rendering software usage. * **Portfolio required**, preferably featuring architectural or real estate projects. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months or verifiable internships. * **Software:** Proficiency in **SketchUp, Archicad, AutoCAD, and rendering software**. * **Skills:** Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and project management. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000\.00 * Professional development within an interior design firm. * Creative and collaborative work environment.
