We are seeking your talent as: Corporate Operations Coordinator, MAC Foundation Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 07:30–17:30; Friday, 07:30–14:30, weekend days off (Saturday and Sunday) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Health Sciences, Communication, Social Work, or related field EXPERIENCE: 2 years in operations coordination, project management, patient care, or health/social sector; volunteer or community program management. Conversational English Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Function: Ensure comprehensive and efficient operation of MAC Hospitals Foundation programs by coordinating all operational processes—from scheduling through administrative closure—ensuring indicator tracking, management of the MAC Guardians Program, and institutional documentation, thereby delivering quality patient care and fulfilling commitments to Foundation partners and sponsors. Activities: 1. Surgery Scheduling and Follow-up - Coordinate with hospitals for scheduling MAC Hospitals Foundation surgeries. Manage logistics of supplies and materials required for each intervention. Supervise admission, room decoration, discharge, and billing processes. Track surgery payments and maintain updated records. 2. Indicator and KPI Monitoring Monitor performance indicators and KPIs established by the Foundation. Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions based on data. 3. Documentation and Evidence Coordinate photographic and/or video documentation of all surgeries. Ensure evidence archives are complete, organized, and readily accessible. 4. Internal and Partner Reporting Prepare periodic operational reports for internal Foundation use. Develop outcome reports for Foundation partners and sponsors. Guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of all reported information. 5. Institutional Manuals and Policies Create and maintain up-to-date MAC Foundation operational manuals. Document and disseminate internal policies governing Foundation operations. Ensure team members understand and correctly apply established procedures. 6. MAC Guardians Program Assign guardians to each scheduled surgery according to case-specific needs. Coordinate ongoing training for MAC Guardians. Ensure guardian presence at hospitals during required times. Monitor volunteer program performance and commitment.
