Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Commercial Executive to connect with physicians, identify specialists, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships with insurance companies in the hospital sector. Opportunity for development in sales and negotiation Commercial Connection We offer: * Base salary of $9,452 net per month * Attractive commissions * Statutory benefits * Travel allowance support Working Hours: * Mixed shift * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a field commercial executive in the hospital sector * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field * Experience using insurance company platforms * CRM system proficiency * Strong verbal communication skills * Medical terminology knowledge * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (Mandatory) Responsibilities: * Physician engagement (Attracting talent to the hospital) * Conducting hospital visits * Identifying specialist physicians, companies, and insurance providers to promote the hospital’s services * Negotiating and maintaining agreements with third parties * Using insurance company platforms * Patient accompaniment procedures * Insurance registration and discharge processing * CRM system management * Corporate and school client service Work Location: * Torre Médica Jardín, Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico * Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,452.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
