Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Commercial Executive for the hospital sector to establish medical connections, negotiate agreements, and identify specialists to offer hospital services, while managing relationships with insurance providers and corporate clients. Key Highlights: 1. Key commercial role in the healthcare sector. 2. Negotiation and maintenance of agreements with third parties. 3. Medical liaison and service provision to corporations and schools. Commercial Connection We Offer: * Base salary of $9,452 net per month * Attractive commissions * Statutory benefits * Travel allowance support Schedule: * Mixed shift * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a field commercial executive in the hospital sector * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field * Proficiency in insurance provider platforms * CRM system experience * Strong verbal communication skills * Medical terminology proficiency * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (Mandatory) Responsibilities: * Medical liaison (Attracting talent to the hospital) * Conducting hospital visits * Identifying specialist physicians, corporate clients, and insurance providers to promote the hospital’s services * Negotiating and maintaining agreements with third parties * Using insurance provider platforms * Patient accompaniment procedures * Patient admissions and discharges with insurance providers * CRM system management * Corporate and school client service Work Location: * Torre Médica Jardín, Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,452.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
