We are seeking: ***Branch Manager*** **Work Location:** Leona Vicario Esq. Rio Jamapa, Col. Lagunas 23462, Los Cabos, B.C.S., MX Key Responsibilities: ***Sales and Marketing Management*** · Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. · Monitor achievement of individual and team goals. · Implement promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives. · Track performance indicators. ***Operational Administration*** · Manage inventory, orders, returns, and stock shortages. · Supervise proper cash register opening and closing procedures. · Ensure correct application of pricing, promotions, and product displays. · Optimize branch resources to maintain profitability. ***Personnel Management*** · Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff. · Motivate employees and foster teamwork and professional development. · Schedule shifts, manage work timetables, and handle staffing incidents. ***Customer Service*** · Guarantee excellent service and resolve customer complaints effectively. · Represent the branch before customers, suppliers, and local authorities. ***Control and Compliance*** · Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and corporate image standards. · Maintain order, cleanliness, and facility upkeep. · Prepare performance reports and propose improvement plans. **WE OFFER:** · Net monthly salary of $40,000 MXN · Statutory benefits (social security, vacation, seniority bonus, year-end bonus) Work Schedule: · Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Residency in Los Cabos city or surrounding areas. **(Mandatory)** · Availability to travel as required. **(Mandatory)** · Experience in sales and consistently meeting monthly work objectives. · Proficiency in operational and administrative functions. · Experience managing personnel, team integration, communication, and group development. · Valid driver’s license. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office / ERP or point-of-sale systems. · Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and returns processing.
