Implementation of improvements in logistics processes A leading supplier company for restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, snack bars, and bars is seeking: **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **Primary Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise frozen product warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, preservation, and dispatch of food products while complying with quality, food safety, security, and cold chain standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of frozen products * Ensure cold chain maintenance * Inventory control * Generate reports for the Operations Manager * Coordinate and supervise warehouse assistants * Implement improvements in logistics and storage processes * Monitor and record refrigerated chamber temperatures. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Experience as Warehouse Supervisor * Preferred experience in the **frozen food sector** * Preferred experience operating forklifts **Location and Salary:** * Querétaro / Corregidora * $14,000 \- $16,000 net (tax-free) plus monthly KPI-compliance bonus (approx. $4,000 net) * Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm; Saturdays: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Experience: * Warehouse Supervisor: 3 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
