Opportunity to work in a boutique hotel located by the sea. **Vacancy: Warehouse and Procurement – Hotel Aldea Kuká (Holbox Island)** **Location:** Boutique hotel by the sea, Holbox Island, Quintana Roo. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** Coordination with suppliers and execution of purchase orders to ensure hotel supply continuity. * **Inventory Control:** Accurate recording of goods inflows and outflows (food, beverages, linens, and supplies). * **Receiving Logistics:** Supervision of supply deliveries to the island, ensuring merchandise arrives in optimal condition and correct quantities. * **Strategic Storage:** Warehouse organization following the **FIFO** (First In, First Out) system and hygiene standards. * **Waste and Cost Control:** Daily inventory reporting and support in reducing waste to optimize budget allocation. * **Audits:** Periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation with the system. **Requirements:** * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field). * **Prior Experience:** Mandatory experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry. * **Profile:** Highly responsible, organized individual with strong integrity values and planning capabilities. * **Skills:** Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency and inventory management software experience. * **Preferred Age Range:** 20 to 45 years. **Employment Conditions:** * **Base Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month (paid biweekly on the 16th or 1st). * **Shared accommodation included** (on the island). * **Meals provided according to shift schedule.** * **Benefits:** Year-end bonus and vacation entitlements as stipulated by law. * **Private medical service.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
