**Job Objective** Ensure facility security through access control, perimeter surveillance, and implementation of security protocols, preventing incidents that could affect the company, employees, or visitors. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of staff, suppliers, and visitors. * Verify individuals’ identities and record entries/exits in logs or electronic systems. * Inspect vehicles entering and exiting to prevent theft or loss of materials. * Conduct surveillance patrols within the assigned area and report any anomalies. * Monitor security cameras and report suspicious events. * Respond to emergency situations such as fires, thefts, or disturbances. * Implement company-established security protocols. * Draft daily reports on incidents and noteworthy occurrences. * Provide support in first-aid or evacuation scenarios. * Maintain constant communication with the security team and supervisors. **Requirements** * **Education**: Completed high school (college education preferred). * **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in security, surveillance, or similar positions. * **Knowledge**: * Use of logs and access control systems. * Operation of communication radios and surveillance cameras. * Basic security protocols. * **Skills and Competencies**: * Attention to and service for customers. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Ability to respond effectively during emergencies. * **Other Requirements**: * Availability to work rotating shifts (day, night, and weekends). * Good physical condition. * No criminal record.
