




IMPORTANT COMPANY LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT: **TRAINING MANAGER** **Position Objective:** Lead, plan, and supervise training and organizational development strategies to ensure staff possess the technical and behavioral competencies required to achieve business objectives. Guarantee proper implementation of training programs, budget administration, and compliance with quality standards and internal and external audits. **Experience:** +4 years of experience in a similar position within companies in the following industries: metal-mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, industrial. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree, or related field. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and lead the Annual Training Plan aligned with organizational objectives. * Develop and implement training programs derived from the DNC (National Competency Dictionary), audits, and company guidelines. * Supervise and monitor training plans for operational and administrative personnel. * Administer and optimize the training budget, ensuring financial compliance. * Lead the implementation of onboarding and professional development training programs. * Prepare evidence and respond to quality management system audits and customer audits. * Generate, administer, and update training matrices for each Division. * Coordinate with Operations to ensure proper application of training. * Supervise training documentation, indicators, reports, and evidence to ensure regulatory compliance.
