**Minimum Requirements** · Completed Industrial Engineering degree or related field · +3 years of experience in a similar position · +3 years of experience in materials handling · Bilingual · +3 years of experience managing personnel · Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office **Main Responsibilities** · Preparation and tracking of purchase requisitions · Inventory control · Providing delivery service for tools and spare parts requested by staff · Verifying order reports. · Audits · Material receipts and issues in the system · Downloading receiving reports. · Correctly locating incoming material · Daily system adjustments regarding location and quantity of parts. · Registering all new parts generated in the system. · Identifying obsolete and/or inactive parts to update the system · Generating inventory cost reports for Tool Crib. · Updating information in the system . Tracking supplier payments.
