Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products to customers via the digital home delivery service channel, through proper operations, strict adherence to processes and service protocols, thereby achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure achievement of home delivery service channel objectives. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure availability and optimal operation of the channel’s physical and technological tools. \- Manage staffing levels in accordance with demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school or technical degree. Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (in progress or completed) in economics or administration is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
