Apply standards of quality, safety, and food hygiene. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the kitchen, work areas, and used equipment. * Wash, dry, and properly store utensils, tableware, glassware, cutlery, and pots. * Assist in the proper handling and disposal of waste, following safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all areas are prepared and in optimal operating condition. * Respect and implement the hotel’s established standards of quality, safety, and food hygiene. * Maintain a professional, orderly, and proactive attitude at all times. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in hospitality or similar positions. * Proactive and organized.
