




Job Summary: Grupo CGE Automotriz seeks a Software Developer (Artificial Intelligence) to support the development, training, and validation of Machine Learning and AI models in an automotive context. Participation in predictive analytics and computer vision projects. **Grupo CGE Automotriz** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget.** **Software Developer (Artificial Intelligence)** **Location: Aguascalientes Sur.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, training, and validation of Machine Learning and AI models. * Prepare, clean, and transform data from various group areas (administrative, commercial, operational). * Create notebooks and scripts in **Python** for experimentation and testing. * Implement basic classification, regression, or clustering models using standard libraries. * Collaborate on the creation and integration of internal services and APIs using **FastAPI** or **Flask**. * Participate in predictive analytics, computer vision, or NLP projects applied to automotive processes. * Document experiments, metrics, processes, and results. * Conduct model testing and evaluation to propose continuous improvements. * Research new tools, frameworks, and trends to strengthen the group’s technology area. * Support integration of models with existing corporate systems. **Requirements** * 2–3 years of experience in AI / ML / Data (projects, internships, freelance, or formal employment). * Advanced **Python** (mandatory). * Knowledge of basic ML models: regression, classification, clustering. * Proficiency with **Pandas**, **NumPy**, **Scikit-Learn**. * Basic knowledge of **SQL**. * Experience consuming generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini). * **Preferred:** knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch. * **Preferred:** prior experience in NLP or computer vision. * **Preferred:** basic understanding of Docker. **Competencies** * Logical reasoning and analytical skills. * Organization and consistency in task execution. * Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge. * Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Proactive attitude and high sense of responsibility. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments. * Creativity in problem-solving and proposing improvements. **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. * **Saturday:** 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. **Compensation** * $15,000 gross monthly. * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Life insurance. * Career growth opportunities.
