Conflict resolution and results-oriented approach **Purpose of the Position** Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of private security services through strategic and on-site supervision of assigned personnel, guaranteeing compliance with instructions, operational standards, and client satisfaction, acting as a key liaison between the company, guards, and the client. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise assigned security services both on-site and remotely, ensuring correct execution of instructions and protocols. * Lead, guide, and evaluate operational staff, promoting discipline, professionalism, and continuous improvement. * Identify operational risks, propose preventive actions, and provide timely resolution to incidents. * Verify staff appearance, equipment, documentation, and working conditions. * Maintain effective communication with clients to follow up on operational requirements. * Prepare executive supervision reports, incident reports, and staff performance reports. * Coordinate coverage, shift changes, and operational support when required by operations. * Travel to various assigned service locations for direct supervision and immediate response. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). * Experience in private security, operational supervision, or related positions (preferred). * Valid driver’s license and driving ability **(mandatory)**. * Flexible schedule and availability for frequent travel. * Basic knowledge of private security regulations (preferred). * Basic proficiency in digital tools and report writing. **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership and decision-making. * Planning and organization. * Assertive communication. * Conflict resolution. * Results-orientation and customer service. * Integrity and sense of responsibility.
