ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most rigorous environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) standards.** **Job Description** **Mission:** Responsible for managing or performing general financial accounting activities for the organization, including: Financial transaction recording standards; Account and record controls; Cost accounting / budgeting; Accounting reports / schedules (management reports, compliance reports); May include administrative accounting support tasks, such as general ledger maintenance and data entry. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise monthly closings for subsidiaries in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean (IFRS and NIF). * Coordinate and prepare closing documentation. * Report the consolidation package for each subsidiary to headquarters timely and accurately. * Coordinate and supervise tax closings and other administrative procedures. * Prepare financial statements for investors, headquarters, third parties, etc. * Address specific requirements from the Group’s Corporate Finance Department and other internal areas. * Support the implementation of administrative-accounting and financial control procedures. * Ensure compliance with local, international, and Group regulations. * Liaise with audit engagements and tax advisors.
