MEP Designer \- Position Purpose: Prepare 3D architectural drawings for a pharmaceutical plant. Develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical standards. Supervise field modifications. Prepare and validate descriptive and calculation reports, as well as apply BIM methodologies. Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP engineering design and development, plus proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. \- Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings in AutoCAD and Revit. Model MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems in a BIM environment. Generate preliminary quantity take-offs and estimates using Opus or Neodata. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to interpret technical requirements. Keep drawings updated according to construction progress and design changes. Support preparation of concept catalogs and technical specifications. Ensure graphical and technical quality of deliverables. Archive and manage project technical documentation. \- Profile Requirements \- Academic Qualifications Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \- Experience Minimum 2 years of technical drafting experience applied to industrial projects in Revit. Experience in BIM modeling and estimating using specialized software. \- Technical Knowledge Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Advanced skills in Revit and MEP. Use of Opus or Neodata for estimating and quantity take-offs. Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings.
