**We are seeking: Project Architect** **Objective:** To hire a Project Architect to participate in the comprehensive development of commercial and industrial executive projects, ensuring functional, technical, and regulatory architectural solutions, coordinated with various engineering disciplines and focused on constructability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of **3D and/or BIM models**. * Development of **executive architectural projects** for commercial and industrial buildings. * Preparation and coordination of **architectural drawings** (floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details). * Integration and coordination of the architectural project with **engineering disciplines** (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, voice and data, fire protection, etc.). * Ensuring **compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards**. * Preparation and review of **construction details** oriented toward correct on-site execution. * Generation and maintenance of up-to-date **technical project documentation**. * Participation in the **review and resolution of interdisciplinary clashes**. * Addressing project adjustments arising from scope changes, client requirements, or site conditions. * Coordination of deliverables according to the company’s **schedules and quality standards**. **Education:** Architect **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Projects. * Proven experience using REVIT. * Software: REVIT and AutoCAD. * Local candidates only. * Willingness to travel. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of BIM methodology. * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. **Benefits:** * Salary Range: $12,000 to $14,000 per month (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * 12 vacation days, increasing annually per statutory requirements * Vacation bonus * Thirteenth-month bonus (15 days) * Grocery vouchers * Monthly productivity bonus * Excellent working environment * Job location: Gpe, Zacatecas. * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for growth and learning. * Involvement in innovative projects. * Collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary.
