Job Summary: We are seeking a Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to analyze, design, and implement optimization projects, reduce cycle times and costs, and promote continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the optimization of production and administrative processes 2. Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma 3. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for problem resolution Company dedicated to manufacturing self-adhesive labels and cardboard boxes. * Position Requested: Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer Job Characteristics: * Education: Professional degree (Industrial Engineering or related field) * Work Location: Monterrey Experience: * Minimum one year of experience in process improvement and continuous improvement Responsibilities: · Analyze production and administrative processes to identify improvement opportunities. · Design and implement optimization projects that reduce cycle times, costs, and waste. · Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). · Promote continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, among others). · Coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary work teams for problem resolution. · Document processes, procedures, and operational standards. · Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. · Train staff on improvement methodologies and tools. Knowledge: * Personnel management. * Quality management systems. * Microsoft Office proficiency. Skills: * Leadership, Effective Communication, Analytical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Organization. We Offer: * Base salary of $14,000 MXN per month. * Statutory benefits. * Shift schedule from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
