We are Odellá, an international company specializing in the distribution and commercialization of high-end medical equipment, aesthetic treatments, and dermocosmetic products with global recognition. **We are seeking a Marketing Analyst.** **Responsibilities:** ✨Develop and implement 360-degree marketing strategies for aesthetic medical products. ✨Innovate and propose new ideas to enhance brand visibility and market perception. ✨Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. ✨Conduct sales and marketing forecasts to plan future strategies. ✨Analyze market data, campaign performance, and other key metrics to make informed decisions. ✨Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. ✨Oversee content creation and campaign execution across various channels, including digital, print, and events. ✨Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. ✨Prepare reports and presentations on brand and marketing campaign performance. ✨Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to effectively manage and present data. **Requirements:** ✨Minimum 2 years of prior experience, preferably in consumer goods, luxury, beauty, or wellness sectors. ✨In-depth knowledge of B2C 360-degree marketing strategies. ✨Ability to innovate and propose new ideas. ✨Experience managing budgets and conducting forecasts. ✨Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis. ✨Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables). ✨Exceptional communication and presentation skills. ✨Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. ✨Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. **What We Offer:** ✨100% nominal salary, paid biweekly ✨Statutory benefits + social security ✨Savings fund ✨Grocery vouchers and restaurant vouchers ✨50%+ discount on beauty products and procedures Work location: Polanco.
