Conduct and collaborate in reviewing PFMEAs with the multidisciplinary team. Ensure updated methods, work instructions, and visual controls. Ensure line and/or workstation release. Monitor activity execution to meet implementation and/or launch dates. Validate implementation and/or launch of changes on schedule and without unforeseen issues. Ensure compliance with customer requirements. Develop visual controls, methods, and identification in work areas. Possess knowledge of software packages used to generate instructions, work methods, and visual controls. Design workstation content and develop work methods. Develop and design workload rebalancing. Generate and develop visual controls for workstations. Deploy visual controls and identify work areas and stations. Use current forms and documents. Track and comply with EOS/BIQ systems. Track and support the audit process. Collaborate in preparing information and documentation for audits. Participate in internal reviews and audits validating documents and information displayed in work areas and stations. Provide complete and timely responses and information upon auditor and/or customer request. Track and comply with safety rules and 5S. Comply with safety and environmental regulations for personnel under their supervision. Implement 5S in work areas and stations. Track and comply with Ergonomics requirements. Attend and participate in Ergonomics Committee reviews. Collaborate in developing ergonomic reviews and studies for workstations due to design, changes, and/or improvements. Collaborate in meeting Ergonomic Correlation objectives. Contribute to developing ergonomic design pegboards and checklists. Compliance and Tracking of PFMEAs, Customer Complaints, Reverse PFMEA, and Risk Reduction. Assist in presenting change and/or improvement reviews during PFMEA review meetings with the multidisciplinary team. Participate in updating PFD and PFMEA documents due to process changes and/or improvements. Generate updates and input corrective actions into the PFMEA document based on Quality customer complaints. Participate in reviewing Reverse PFMEA and updating the document. Collaborate in reviewing, updating, and submitting PPAP documentation and customer-required information. Training in work areas during launches and implementations. Deliver training to manufacturing personnel in work areas and stations regarding implemented changes and/or improvements. Document evidence of delivered training. Generate attendance lists and satisfaction surveys for the service provided.
