




A recognized company in the industrial maintenance sector is seeking **General Maintenance Technicians** to join our team. If you have experience performing maintenance in restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, industrial kitchens, bars, casinos, and fast-food establishments, **this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective general maintenance: painting, plumbing, metalwork, electricity, drywall, etc. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment, ensuring optimal operation. * Practical experience maintaining and repairing refrigeration and freezing systems, cold lines, hot lines, fryers, salamanders, and other kitchen machinery. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and carry out corresponding repairs. * Maintain facilities in optimal condition. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of principles and practices of preventive and corrective general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, metalwork, electricity, etc. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues with the aforementioned equipment. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. * Commitment to the highest standards of quality and workplace safety. * Relevant certifications or licenses in industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage. **Personal Skills:** * Problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, especially during restaurant peak hours. * Ability to work autonomously. * Attention to detail. * Collaboration. **Requirements:** * Age 20–45 years. * Technical High School Diploma / Technical Degree in electricity, refrigeration, maintenance, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in carpentry, locksmithing, plumbing, metalwork, aluminum work, masonry, or general maintenance. * 6 months to 1 year of practical experience maintaining and repairing refrigeration and freezing systems, cold lines, hot lines, fryers, salamanders, ovens, and other kitchen machinery. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, plus weekend on-call shifts as per the established schedule. * Relevant certifications or licenses in industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage. **We Offer:** * Net salary $12,000 * Statutory benefits. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Professional development opportunities.
