Some of your responsibilities: • Maintain constant communication with the Manager, Captain, and Bar Supervisor to ensure smooth branch operations. • Participate in goods receipt, verifying expiration dates, temperature, weights, and compliance with brand-established standards and specifications; immediately reporting any shortages or anomalies in raw materials. • Timely request necessary supplies and raw materials to ensure proper branch operations and functionality.
