This role is 70% operational / 30% strategic: automate critical manual processes while building data infrastructure for intelligent investment decisions. JOB DESCRIPTION: Main Responsibilities – Data Architecture and Cloud Design and implement a data warehouse in Snowflake to unify financial, operational, and market data Build ETL pipelines on AWS (Lambda, Glue, S3) to automate data flows from multiple sources Develop APIs and connectors to integrate: ERP ↔ Snowflake ↔ Operational applications ↔ External sources (INEGI, Moody's) Implement AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic) for real estate market analysis and chatbots Design data models for financial analysis, occupancy, projects, and tenant mix Process Transformation Automate critical manual processes: bank reconciliations, XML invoice classification, executive reporting Migrate manual workflows (Excel) to automated cloud-based solutions Develop a self-service portal for tenants (inquiries, payments, maintenance) Implement a contract management system with automated expiration alerts Create real-time executive dashboards: cash flow, occupancy, budget vs. actual, project ROI Technological Strategy Create a 6–12 month technology roadmap aligned with investment decisions Champion cloud, data, and AI adoption among non-technical directors Coordinate with Core GFG team (cloud architects, data engineers) for strategic alignment Manage technology budget and specialized vendors. Required Experience 3–5 years in IT with focus on cloud, data, and integrations Preferred industries: Real Estate, Retail, Construction, Logistics, Finance Mandatory experience: Data pipelines on AWS (Lambda, S3, Glue, Step Functions or similar) Data warehouse and data modeling (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or similar) Integration of multiple data sources (REST APIs, connectors, ETL) ERP experience (financial/investment data integration—not technical support) Low-code/no-code development experience (AppSheet, Power Apps—to maintain existing apps) Required Technical Skills AWS (Lambda, S3, Glue, EventBridge, RDS) — Proven experience in data pipelines Snowflake or similar data warehouse (architecture, ETL pipelines, queries, data models) Advanced SQL (complex queries, data modeling, optimization) Python (automation, scripting, API integration, data processing) REST APIs (design, integration, system-to-system connectors) Power BI/Tableau (executive dashboards, advanced analytics) Desirable Technical Skills AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, prompting) Google Workspace APIs (maintain existing AppSheet apps) Terraform or IaC (Infrastructure as Code) Basic JavaScript (app customizations) Financial/real estate ERP (data integration) We Offer: Monthly salary commensurate with experience Statutory and above-statutory benefits from day one.
