We seek a responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual with a preventive mindset who can follow technical procedures and checklists. Living near Peñón Viejo Metro or Guelatao Metro stations is mandatory to facilitate commuting. Main Responsibilities Air Conditioning - Pressure-washing of condensers and evaporators. - Cleaning of filters, drains, and condensate pumps. - Inspection and recording of pressures, amperages, and voltages. - Replacement of capacitors, contactors, and terminals. - Assistance in refrigerant charging (R22 and R410A). - Preventive painting of equipment and inspection of structures. Electricity - Replacement of lamps, ballasts, outlets, and switches. - Basic inspection and adjustment of load centers. - Cleaning and organizing of electrical panels. - Inspection of interior and exterior lighting. Plumbing - Leak repair. - Replacement of hardware, valves, gaskets, and floats. - Basic drain cleaning. - Inspection of pumps and hydro-pneumatic systems. Civil Works - Patching and painting. - Adjustment of doors, locks, and furniture. - Installation of tiles and baseboards. - Minor waterproofing.
