Direct participation in high-level academic decision-making. **INSTITUTIONAL ACADEMIC COORDINATION** Consorcio Académico Universitario, S.C. **Leads academic excellence at a growing institution** We are seeking a results-oriented professional with strategic vision and academic leadership to join us as **Institutional Academic Coordinator**, a key role responsible for ensuring educational quality and process standardization across our campuses. **Location:** Atlacomulco, State of Mexico **Willingness to travel:** Yes **Schedule:** Flexible **Level of responsibility:** Strategic – High confidentiality **Position objective** Support the Institutional Academic Directorate in executing, supervising, and continuously improving academic processes, ensuring high educational quality standards and regulatory compliance with SEP. **Main responsibilities** * Quarterly, semesterly, and annual academic planning. * Updating and registering study plans and programs with SEP. * Supervising academic outcomes and faculty evaluation. * Coordinating institutional academic meetings. * Standardizing and continuously improving academic processes. * Analyzing performance indicators and meeting institutional KPIs. * Supporting campus academic coordinations. * Assisting in academic audits and regulatory compliance. * Promoting faculty professional development. **Required profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Administration, or related field (degree and professional license required). * Master’s degree preferred. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in institutional academic coordination or academic leadership roles at upper secondary or higher education levels. * Experience managing academic teams and standardizing academic processes. **Technical knowledge:** * Design and analysis of academic processes. * Performance indicators and educational quality models. * Academic auditing and student records management. * Academic management systems. * Regulatory frameworks and educational laws issued by SEP. **Key competencies:** * Strategic leadership. * Planning and organization. * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Negotiation and conflict resolution. * Results orientation and ethical integrity. **We offer** * Strategic position with institutional impact. * Professional development opportunities. * Direct participation in high-level academic decision-making. * Integration into an established and growing institution.
