Ongoing staff support and personnel file management Children's Home Seeks: Human Talent Generalist: Minimum 3 years of field recruitment experience Recruitment of administrative and operational profiles (education sector preferred) Initial selection and hiring process Extensive use of diverse recruitment sources Administration and interpretation of projective and online psychometric tests Training group facilitation Personnel file management and control Coordination with providers of socioeconomic studies, credentials, uniforms, etc. Ongoing staff support Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; one Saturday per month on duty, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Work location: Cacalomacán and Seminario Willingness to relocate between sites Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work modality: On-site employment Salary: $14,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work modality: On-site employment
