Position Summary: This position involves responding to guest requests, maintaining clean and orderly rooms, following safety and quality procedures, and collaborating with the team. Team collaboration and adherence to standards Respond promptly to guest and other department requests. Stock the cart with supplies and transport it to the assigned area. Enter rooms following access procedures and verify vacancy prior to entry. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. Replace soiled linens and terry items with clean ones. Make beds and fold terry items. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, soiled laundry, and room service items from the room. Verify that all appliances are present in the room and in proper working condition. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furniture. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care tasks (e.g., in rooms and hallways). Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications; store flammable materials properly. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs; assist guests with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Support team members to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted, and over 25 pounds with assistance. Push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other job-related equipment on inclined and uneven surfaces. Reach above and below knee level, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods throughout a full work shift. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
