**Job Description** We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Supervisor** to lead the housekeeping department at our hotel. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and proper maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, guaranteeing an exceptional experience for our guests. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and assistants. * Ensure that guest rooms meet the hotel’s cleaning and quality standards. * Inspect rooms ready for guest check-in. * Organize daily room assignments and team activities. * Monitor inventories of linens, amenities, cleaning supplies and equipment. * Report and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Train and evaluate housekeeping staff. * Maintain constant communication with front desk, maintenance and management. * Supervise cleaning of common areas, hallways and facilities. **Requirements** * Previous experience in **hotels** or in housekeeping supervision roles (preferred). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Leadership and communication skills. * Ability to solve problems and work under pressure. * Flexible availability. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork spirit. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms and staff cafeteria. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for career growth within the hotel. **How to Apply** If you meet the profile, apply directly via Indeed.
